First/Second Lead Teacher
Back to Earth School is seeking a dynamic, caring, class teacher to lead our rising first-grade class combined with our returning second-grade class for the 2025/26 school year. Our vision at Back to Earth is for our grades teachers to guide their students on their journey through the end of fifth grade. Grades classes are well supported by subject offerings and grounded with abundant time outdoors. We are seeking a candidate who is dedicated to holistic, heart-centered education that meets each student where they are.

Early Childcare Assistant Teacher
Back to Earth School is seeking a warm, dependable, and nurturing assistant to join our Early Childhood program for the 2025/26 school year. The ideal candidate brings a calm, joyful presence, a deep love for young children, and a willingness to support the classroom teacher in creating a beautiful, rhythmic, and nurturing environment. Our early childhood program is rooted in play, nature connection, and intentional simplicity.

Long-Term Substitute Teacher – 3rd Grade
Back to Earth School is seeking a warm, capable, and reliable substitute to guide our third-grade class during the first 12 weeks of the 2025/26 school year while the lead teacher is on maternity leave. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of presence, classroom leadership, and a deep respect for the unique developmental stage of third graders. This is a beautiful opportunity to support a thoughtful transition for students during a meaningful part of the school year.
